Fire features

There is something about fire that connects people in reality as opposed to virtually. That connection is something we think a lot of us long for more of. The most typical feature would be the sit around style that brings the most community and functionality to the space. Fire features can also be fireplaces, which bring the most intimate feel with their earthly backdrop and cozy seating. If you are looking for just an elemental piece, then maybe the design leans toward being more modern or unique. They can be wood or gas fueled, manual or automatedly ignited. As we do with our landscape designs, we try to give you that custom look that is tailored to your site while also meeting your functional and aesthetical desires.

Water features

Water, fire’s compliment, but it also can be nature’s answer to sooth our stress. That is why it needs to look like it belongs. We don’t believe in forcing an element into the design. It needs to blend with the surrounding materials to look like nature has put it there. On the contrary, if it has it’s own style and stands out, it still should compliment the theme of the entire landscape and home design. Whether it be a statuary piece that trickles a quiet sound for tranquility, or a natural looking water stream and falls that has energy, it should make you feel something. We pride ourselves in being able to tune the water by our design to have the specific sound and ambiance that you envision.

Audio

A properly selected and designed audio system should complete your outdoor environment as that final piece of ambiance. Directional cone systems can fill a small space and selectively throw sound to one specific area. These systems have the capability of producing high quality, immersive sound without noise polluting your neighbors’ property. For larger areas, we can use broadcast speakers that replicate concert speaker ribbon technology and have all the power to make you feel that you are back at the show.

These things…

In this case, the backwards F is a birdfeeder with the lower piece of the F used to hold the bird seed. Paired with a corten steel bowl for bathing, the birds are flying in from everywhere! In all seriousness, if there is something you feel is missing from your landscape, functional, aesthetic, or both, we can collaborate with you to complete that vision. These elements could be decorative privacy screens, custom built flower planters, overhead structures, outdoor grilling areas, etc. We love to create the unique.
